Who we are

This website, vontyrwald.com, is operated by The Wagging Way LLC, 30 N Gould St Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA ("we", "us", "our"). We are responsible for the personal information you share with Von TyrWald through this website.

What we collect and why

When you send our form, the details you enter (your first name, phone number, email address and your consent choices) are sent directly to our own customer management system and stored there so we can reply to you and handle your inquiry. If you use the chat on this website, your messages are handled by the same system.

We only send you emails with news, updates and offers if you tick the email box on the form. You can unsubscribe at any time.

Text messages (SMS)

If you enter your mobile number on our website form and tick the separate SMS consent box (it is never ticked for you), we collect your mobile number and a record of your consent. We use them only to text you about your inquiry: replies to your questions, litter and reservation updates you asked for, and appointment reminders.

Message frequency varies with your inquiry. Msg & data rates may apply. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase.

You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any of our messages; we will confirm and send no further texts. Reply HELP for help, or email us at info@vontyrwald.com. You can also ask us to stop texting you by email.

We do not sell, rent or share your mobile number, SMS opt-in data or consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. They are only processed by the service providers that deliver our messages, and only to send them. See our SMS consent page for details.

Cookies and Google Analytics

With your consent, this website uses Google Analytics (Google LLC) to understand how visitors use it, for example which pages are visited and for how long. Google Analytics sets cookies (such as _ga) in your browser for this. These cookies are only set if you click Accept on our cookie notice; if you click Decline, no analytics cookies are set. We use Google Consent Mode, so advertising storage and ad personalization always stay off. You can change your choice at any time with the Cookie settings link at the bottom of every page, or by clearing your browser's cookies and site data.

YouTube videos

Videos on this website are shown as a preview image from YouTube. The video itself loads from YouTube (Google) in privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com) only when you click play.

Who we share your data with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers that help us run this website and our business, such as website hosting and the delivery of our emails and text messages, and only so they can provide those services to us.

How long we keep your data

We keep your details for as long as we need them to handle your inquiry and our relationship with you, or as long as the law requires.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you. Email us at info@vontyrwald.com.

Children

This website is not directed at anyone under the age of 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The new version is posted on this page with a new date.
